I am a creator... I founded and am building two companies:
Neil Benton Insurance (NeilBenton.com) and Cubed Leadership (CubedLeadership.com)
I create creators... Through the second company, we advise on leadership and systems strategy, we train knowledge management and process development, and we deploy modern software toolkits.
I create creator creators... I coach leaders on how to create more leaders inside their organizations to generate the exponential gains that come from teams with deep-rooted creator cultures.
So CreatorCubed... A place where I can think about creating, innovating, inventing, what it takes to spark and lead creator cultures, and how I get those I touch directly to pass on those lessons to others.
That "Cubed Mentality" can change the world. Maybe I won't, but maybe someone trained by someone I trained will... That's the dream.
